How to submit

Abstracts are submitted through the journal's own submission system — there is no separate form, and no email address to send them to.

  1. Create an account, or log in.
  2. Begin a submission in your chosen article category.
  3. Enter the title, abstract, keywords and contributor details.
  4. Leave the file upload step empty and continue. A manuscript is not expected yet.
  5. Complete the submission. You receive an acknowledgement and a submission number.

What happens next

  1. You receive an acknowledgement with a submission number.
  2. The editors read the abstracts and confirm the selected ones by 30 September 2026.
  3. Selected authors are invited to upload the full manuscript to the same submission record — you do not start again.
  4. A short progress note is due 15 November 2026.
  5. Full papers are due 15 January 2027.

Selection of an abstract is not acceptance of the paper. Every full paper is screened and peer-reviewed.
